                  1999年獲清華大學生物科學與技術系學士學位,2004年獲清華大學生物科學與技術系博士學位,2004-2008年在美國普林斯頓大學分子生物學系做博士后研究,2008-2017年,為復旦大學生物醫學研究院(IBS)研究員,博士生導師,2010-2017任復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院兼職教授。2017年至今任職于復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院研究員,復旦大學IBS兼職教授。

                  國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者,長江學者特聘教授,科技部重點研發計劃項目首席科學家,入選萬人計劃-科技創新領軍人才等人才項目。作為第一完成人獲2016年度教育部自然科學一等獎(DNA甲基化動態調控蛋白TET的結構生物學研究)。獲得首屆“中國優秀青年科技獎”、“中國優秀青年科技人才獎”、“談家楨生命科學獎”、“樹蘭醫學青年獎”等多個獎項。

                  研究方向是真核基因轉錄機制,染色質結構調控,表觀遺傳及DNA損傷修復,腫瘤發生信號通路等關鍵蛋白質的結構與功能,并開展靶向藥物開發。迄今以通訊作者/共同通訊作者在Nature、Cell、Molecular Cell、Cell Research、Nature Communications等雜志發表論文30余篇。
