              1995年與1998年于華東師范大學獲本科及理學碩士學位;2003年于復旦大學獲理學博士學位。2003年至2006年于美國UT M.D.安德森癌癥中心從事博士后研究。2006年至2013年任職于上海市腫瘤研究所癌基因及相關基因國家重點實驗室,研究員,PI2014年至今任職于復旦大學生物醫學研究院及復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院/腫瘤研究所,研究員,博士生導師,復旦大學特聘教授。
              2011年國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者、2017年入選第三批國家“萬人計劃”領軍人才。曾入選科技部中青年創新領軍人才、教育部新世紀優秀人才、上海市優秀學術帶頭人、上海市醫學領軍人才、上海市浦江人才、上海市教委曙光學者、上海衛生系統優秀學科帶頭人;曾獲吳孟超醫學基金獎一等獎、銀蛇獎、明治生命科學獎;曾獲教育部自然科學獎二等獎及上海醫學科技獎二等獎。
              研究領域為腫瘤分子生物學,主要從事消化系惡性腫瘤發生與轉移的分子機理研究,已發表論文100余篇,包括Nature Cell Biology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Clinical Cancer Research, Cell Reports, Oncogene, Science Signaling 等國際學術期刊;論文被引6650余次, H-index為42(至2019-12)。
