              1998年7月及2003年7月在重慶醫科大學分別獲得醫學學士學位及醫學博士學位。2003年8月至2009年10月先后在復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院、美國凱斯西儲大學 (Case Western Reserve University)、德州大學安德森腫瘤中心 (University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center) 及喬治華盛頓大學 (George Washington University) 從事博士后研究工作。2009年11月起任喬治華盛頓大學生物化學及分子生物學系Faculty 及Assistant Research Professor,并于2013年7月升職為Associate Research Professor。2013年9月回國任復旦大學生物醫學研究院及腫瘤研究所雙聘PI,研究員,入選2013年上海高校特聘教授 (東方學者)。

              一直致力于腫瘤侵襲轉移及治療耐藥的分子機制研究,為尋找干預腫瘤轉移和治療耐藥的候選藥物靶標提供線索,在Cancer Cell、Mol Cell、Cell Rep、Hepatology、J Cell Biol、Nat Commun、PNAS、Autophagy、Nucleic Acids Res、Cancer Res以及Cell Death Differ等國際期刊上發表SCI論文50余篇。目前擔任Cancer Research等雜志編委以及Cancer Research等多個雜志的審稿人。
